* The Mill's retail associates assist customers with their purchases of feed, seed, and supplies for their farms, horses, livestock, pets, wildlife, lawns and gardens. Customer service and product knowledge is a high priority. The Mill is a fast-past environment that requires multi-tasking. Ideal applicants are:

**Responsibilities**
No two days are the same but daily tasks would include:
- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone by providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a positive attitude and focusing on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Following standard operating procedures
- Stocking and maintaining product throughout the store **Experience**
- Agriculture and social media/marketing knowledge
- Customer service/retail experience
- High school diploma
Qualifications include:
- Ability to lift a 50lb bag
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Valid driver license
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
