**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
* Leading and advising customers through processes, technical and non-technical solutions
* Knowledge and understanding of working with data including analysis and transformation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong influencing skills
* Experience of building working relationships, and managing internal and external stakeholders
* Able to analyse and interpret data to define next steps and new course of action
* Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities with multiple customers
* Ability to clearly articulate technical and non-technical messaging to customers
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Ownership for delivering large volumes of standard integrations concurrently, successfully and on time, including both new integrations and channel expansions
* Supported by a project team, delivery of all technical integration tasks for our larger and more complex integrations, both for new and existing customers
* Supporting our customers through the integration process and assisting them with data and retailer requirements, ensuring a smooth and successful customer experience
* Ability to manage a number of integrations concurrently, from initiation through to close
* Work closely with Project Services and Added Services teams across the project lifecycle
* Ensuring Salesforce is constantly managed and maintained for our integrations, ensuring we provide clear and responsive communications to our customers and that internal reporting is maintained for integration portfolio and KPI purposes
* Supporting presales and project teams where necessary during discovery on product data, providing analysis on customer data feeds and contributing towards integration scope
* Assist in identifying new ways of working and tooling to increase efficiency and accuracy for integrations, engaging with Added Services and Product Teams to drive continuous improvements
* Adhere and contribute to standards of best practice and efficiency for integrations
* Document and share existing methods of working and learnings from other areas of the business which benefit the role and team
