Our client, a top law firm located in the heart of New York City, is on the hunt for a talented HR Recruiting Manager to join their dynamic team. Are you ready to play a pivotal role in procuring top talent for corporate lines of business, including finance and IT?


We are looking for a superstar talent acquisition professional with experience working within a law firm recruiting for all business services roles (not attorneys), who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Must have experience:

  • Experience staffing for business services roles directly within a law firm. (Must have worked for a law firm directly recruiting for all office roles outside of attorneys.)
  • 8+ years' experience in recruiting.
  • Able to manage a workload of 15-20 open requisitions at all time.
  • Ability to support offices in other time zones. (CA, London)
  • Taleo experience is a plus!


$130,000-150,000

Hybrid - 3 days on site

9:30am-5:30pm, must be responsive outside of these times


Reporting directly to the esteemed Chief HR Officer, this role offers unparalleled visibility and opportunity as they build out their premier NYC recruitment function.


You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from partnering with key business hiring stakeholders to sourcing, assessing candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. With a hybrid onsite schedule of 3 days per week, you'll have the flexibility to thrive in a collaborative environment while delivering exceptional results.
