R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant in Nashville, TN.
Your main responsibilities as a Senior Accountant:
- Perform general accounting entries, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for various balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Flexible knowledge and willingness to support multiple accounting areas (general ledger, cash and banking, prepaids, inventory, fixed assets, accruals, etc.) with common business tasks.
- Assist with quarterly review and annual audits, including the compilation and preparation of supporting schedules, work papers, and financial reports related to areas of responsibility.
- Analyze monthly financial data and make sure all monthly activity has been recorded and reconciled.
What we are looking for in a Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of combined relevant experience in general accounting preferred
- Experience with MS Dynamic System or other large ERP system preferred
- Advanced Microsoft skills including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Strong attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Expected Schedule:
- Hybrid
- Onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Remote 2 days a week (Monday & Friday)
