Requirements:

Kingsway Community is currently seeking a Dining Services Manager

Associate s or higher degree in Culinary Arts
Previous healthcare experiences a must
Maintaining the high standards of our resident dining experience
Lead the dining staff to ensure regulatory compliance
Therapeutic menu and recipe development
Must be comfortable engaging with residents and staff regularly to promote communication
Staff management includes hiring, training, motivation, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Meets with residents/families and receptive to meal suggestions, ideas etc
Develops budgets and maintains cost parameters
Minimum 5 years food service and staff management experience
