We are growing and looking for enthusiastic, passionate and hard-working individuals to join our Outside Sales team in Sheffield Village, OH! We are looking to hire immediately. The ideal candidate will have a competitive mindset with a self-motivated drive to succeed and reach personal goals.

Pay: $75,000-$200,000/year depending on experience (base + commission)

Responsibilities:

• Performs free roof inspections for homeowners.
• Identifies homes with potential storm damage.
• Acquires new accounts through outdoor sales approach, including but not limited to: door to door sales, cold calling and marketing material distribution.
• Oversees the claims and insurance process.
• Oversees the maintenance of the job from start to finish.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent Preferred
• At least one (1) year of sales experience
• Must hold a driver s license along with reliable transportation.
• Must be able to of climbing on a ladder.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong communication skills required.
