Job Details

Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, best practices, and strategic objectives.

Lead and inspire an external team of creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Generate original and innovative visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message or story across multi-channel platforms and multiple mediums.

Oversee the creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget across various channels.

Ensure visual elements maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design standards across all projects and mediums.

Work closely with marketing, channel teams, and leadership to understand their objectives, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback to meet project goals across diverse channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional such as marketing, communications, and creative producers to integrate visual elements seamlessly into broader campaigns spanning multiple mediums.

Maintain high standards of creative best practices and review all deliverables to ensure they meet quality benchmarks across various channels and mediums.

Continually monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, integrating relevant advancements into creative processes across different channels.

Effectively present and articulate creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating constructive feedback for projects spanning multiple channels and mediums.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

8+ years of relevant experience as an Art Director in a $200M consumer brand.

5+ years of experience leading internal and contract creatives.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects across various mediums and multi-channel platforms.

In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on design trends and technological advancements across diverse channels and mediums.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.

Versatile and innovative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and retail partners.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
