Overview:

This position requires knowledge of all aspects of case management throughout the entire Social

Security Disability claims process.


The EDPNA will perform claimant interviewing, development of evidence, preparing motions and briefs, and attending hearings to represent claimants before Administrative Law Judges at the Office of Hearings Operations (OHO).


Supervisory Responsibilities:

The position may have supervisory responsibilities.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Represent claimants in applications for SSI and SSDI through a hearing decision

Review hearing decisions for further action

Maintain regular contact with clients and obtain/provide updates

Manage case managers and intake specialists on their team

Assist with onboarding new team members

Track and report data

Take and make PNC phone calls as needed

Other duties as assigned

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, or related software.


Education and Experience:

High School diploma required

Bachelor s degree required
