Job Title: Senior Manager/Director of Project Finance

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager/Director, Finance to contribute to ongoing projects and company growth. In this role you will be supporting the VP of Finance in negotiating the financing of projects under development.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Development and Finance team.
- Support the raising of limited or non-recourse debt financing.
- Create and maintain project financing models, coordinating with the development team on input assumptions.
- Manage and run various sensitivity analyses to aid in the capital raise.
- Assist with negotiating term sheets and executing legal transaction documentation.
- Oversee capital raise pipelines and identify new partner or financing relationships.
- Assist in negotiating project financing and managing debt financing processes.
- Oversee the development of project financing models and mentor junior staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Specialize in structuring models for utility scale PV photovoltaic and battery storage assets.
Qualifications:
- MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in project finance and M&A
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in developing and managing financial models, encompassing debt and equity financing for both conventional and renewable projects. This includes expertise in tax equity and power purchase agreement (PPA) / hedge modeling.
Desirable Skills:
- Proven track record in financial modeling and project finance.
- Knowledge of ISO/RTO energy markets preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
