Lincoln Group has partnered with a client in the injection molding industry in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their team! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interfacing with customers in person, by phone, and via email. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Relations Manager. Looking for candidates who want to join, build, and contribute to a great team and an evolving culture!
Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire
Software: Microsoft Office Applications
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full-time, in office
Compensation: $26-$28/hr.
Responsibilities
- Always portrays a positive company image.
- Actively listens to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.
- Establishes and maintains customer profiles and prepares claim forms.
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests.
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Assists with Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Ensure accuracy of order intake and backlog daily.
- Engages in professional and friendly communications with customers.
- Diffuses and resolves customer problems.
- Refer customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Partners with the Sales & Marketing team to improve customer experience.
- Update pricing upon request.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer service.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Engineered to ordered manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suites.
- Able to work with a diverse group of people.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
- Strong team player; friendly and patient.
