Our client is a venture-backed startup building a Web3 OS focused on access management. Their platform empowers businesses to manage cryptocurrency and digital assets for employees securely.
Currently, they're on the lookout for a Senior/Staff Engineer who thrives on working in high-performing teams building technologies in the crypto space.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO and help shape the future of the company.
- Engage with clients to iterate and maintain a world-class user experience.
- Work with a design team and lead the product design process
- Own the tech vision. Balance reliability, speed, and security for short & long-term wins.
Requirements:
- Adept in modern web development, leveraging cutting-edge languages and frameworks such as Typescript, React & GraphQL to craft efficient applications.
- Possess a deep understanding of user needs and a knack for designing exceptional experiences that drive tangible value.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, eager to collaborate with a core team and bring a project to life from the ground up.
- Embrace a rapid iteration and innovation mindset, prioritising shipping impactful results.
