**Area Manager**
CleanPower, Wisconsins leading commercial cleaning contractor is looking for an Area Assistant that are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location, specifically **Hartford, West Bend, and Kewaskum.**
Job duties include:
* oversight of the daily maintenance of the facility
* direct supervision of the cleaning staff
* initial and ongoing training of staff
* managing multiple buildings
* ordering supplies
* managing labor and supply budgets
* conducting quality control inspections
* developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
Our Managers typically works 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to be available 1st shift and on the weekends is required.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
