These services include Psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy, as well as TMS and IV Ketamine for treatment of depression. We are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated Licensed Clinician to join our team. Interested candidates must have experience, and must be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally. Requirements

  1. Lead Intensive Outpatient Therapy Groups & Individual Therapy Sessions: Able to assist in Facilitating IOP group therapy sessions to promote peer support and skill-building and conduct individual therapy sessions to address clients' specific needs.
  2. Assessment and Treatment Planning: Therapists assess clients' mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  3. Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crises that may arise during therapy sessions or in the community, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and any other required documentation.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care and provide a holistic approach to treatment.
  6. Education and Support: Educate clients about mental health, coping mechanisms, and strategies for maintaining mental well-being. Offer support and encouragement throughout the treatment process.
