Customer Support Representative-Agriculture Equipment
Sales Direct Hire Apr 1, 2021 Kinze manufacturers heavy machinery for the agricultural industry and we are currently seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our esteemed service team.
Our team provides a high quality customer service experience to our dealers and end users (the farmer) through the phone, web, and in person contact.
This position also has the opportunity and expectation to assist with the development of technical and communication processes necessary to continue our success.
Highlighted Responsibilities
* Review and provide feedback on case files, technical quality and design issues, and yearly release notes defining known issues, tips and tricks, what's new. Create processes for effective communication of case file data to both internal and external customers may include service, sales, parts and technical areas.
* Support product service, sales, parts and technical activities including Kinze development and testing as requested.
* Utilize SMS, VOC and other data to identify diagnosis, troubleshooting and other process improvement opportunities and develop training.
Please apply if you have:
* Bachelors degree in a Technical field.
* 1 to 3+ years in the service and technical support of agricultural equipment; including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic systems.
* Experience with precision agricultural applications. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electronic monitoring systems.
* Relevant work experience with the following but not limited to: ISOBUS control systems, yield monitors, GPS, auto Steer, sprayer controls, variable rate applicators, and desktop mapping software.
$50000 - $ 70000 / year
