DUTIES: - Assist in the production and service of meals - Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and as directed - Follow strict food safety, allergen, nutrition, and portion control guidelines - Record accurate meal counts - Handle money accurately and cash out students and adults as needed - Any other duties as assigned by the managers or the director SALARY; As per the negotiated contract HOURS: 3 hours/day, 10 am - 1 pm
