We are seeking a Home Health Aide, PCA, Caregiver
Wage Rage: **$15.50-$19.25 Hourly**
Location: **Driving to the Client, where ever the client calls home!**
Schedule: **AMs, PMs, Nocs - Full Time Opportunities Available**

**Responsibilities:**
Assists in the implementation of the Lifespark Experience and the Life Care Management model including but not limited to assisting with Life Plan, Care Assignment activities, and delegated duties as well as honoring clients rights, customer service and communication, emergency preparedness, safety, event management reporting, and campus operations (if applicable.)
* Home Health Aide IIs agree to be available for 40 hours per week within their agreed upon schedule and will be guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours.
* Home Health Aide IIs must be willing to work with any client, regardless of personal preference.
* Home Health Aide IIs must be able and willing to work with clients of all skill levels.
* Home Health Aide IIs must be willing to travel within a 30-mile radius of their home location.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
* Caregiving experience preferred, and/or be an active nursing student or CNA
* Experience with personal cares (bathing, dressing, toileting)
* Passion for helping clients live healthier, independent lives.
* Must have valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
* Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
* Must be willing to drive up to 25 miles to client
