**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Receive, process, record, and maintain customer order requirements. Process inquiries involving EDI transactions, invoicing, order status, pricing, products, promotions, policies and procedures through Truck-Lite and customer data base. Assist with phone inquiries as needed. Process RMAs and resolve customer complaints. Identify and work with various departments to implement continuous improvement ideas and projects to satisfy customer requirements. Work with assigned Trailer customers and handle inquires, POs, returns, expedites, and monitoring delivery performance.
**REQUIREMENTS**
High School Graduate. Some college preferred. 2 years of Customer Service experience.
Excellence in the following areas is required: verbal and written communication; exceptional interpersonal skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software; self-motivated team player; require minimal supervision; good decision making and continuous improvement skills; ability to adapt quickly to change.
