* Requirements *
* Active License as required by state law.
* Possess excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, human resource development and management, nursing management, budget processes, and census and business development.
* Excellent work history in the long-term care industry.
* Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
* Previous Nursing Home Administrator experience in Skilled Nursing Facility required.
* Possess effective communication skills.
