High Country's Private Equity search team specializes in finding high-performing talent for private equity firms, real estate investment firms, asset managers and family offices. Nate, Gibson, and Alex believe it s fundamentally valuable, regardless of the search, to focus always on the relationship before the transaction. Their mission is to deliver excellence to their clients and candidates while purposefully building long-term relationships.
This position reports to the senior partner, Nathan Zimmerman, and will work alongside the group's other headhunters, Gibson Hoyt and Alex Comsia. After joining High Country Search Group in 2013, Nate quickly established himself as the premier recruiting partner for leading private equity and real estate firms in Denver. The private equity practice has grown significantly over the last 2 years and the team needs to grow.
