**Front Desk/Admin**
Operations Department St. Louis, Missouri Minimum Experience **Mid-level** The Hacking Immigration Law, LLC is looking to grow. Were in search of a rockstar Front Desk Admin. Applicants will receive real-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy immigration firm. This position involves handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling, filing and support for the team. In this critical role, you will be the first impression that a potential client has of our firm and therefore must exude a sympathetic and confident attitude while providing world-class customer service.
Candidates must be an empathetic listener and a clear communicator, and most importantly, you must be able to provide administrative support to paralegals while displaying high levels of patience and common sense. Bilingual skills and a history of providing exceptional customer service would all be considered a plus.

Qualifications:
Mail:
* Extracting daily mail and save to clients file
* Scanning/ emailing daily mail to the team.
* Scanning packets, saving to client files and tracking on the mail log.
* Creating shipping labels and mailing packets
* Drop daily mail in responsible team members mailbox.
* Lawsuit summonses going out / creating certified mail
Scheduling:
* Schedule Attorney Appointments/Interviews
* Checking attorney schedule/making sure there are no conflicting appointments, and confirming location and date/time.
Filing:
* Filing & keeping files organized each day. No leftover filing from the previous day.
General office maintenance:
* Sanitizing office spaces in common areas 3 times a day.
* IT issues/ arrangements, service calls.
* Printing Checks/ Taking on payments (backup for bookkeeper, if needed)
* Track cases on USCIS website.
* Making sure the office is locked and opened on time.
Miscellaneous:
* Closing Files weekly
* Opening New Files weekly
* Other tasks as assigned
Skills:
* Positive, energetic attitude;

* Be comfortable greeting visitors and clients;
* Ability to multitask, stay organized and manage multiple phone lines;
* Computer technological competency setting up for meetings and conference calls;

This is a full-time position and hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer medical/dental/vision benefits.
Experience:
* Reception: 2+ years
