Reconyx, Inc., located in Holmen, Wisconsin is the world leader in designing and building portable, battery powered, motion activated, digital camera systems for wildlife and security related surveillance. Reconyx was established in 2002 and has a solid record of growth over the past 20 years. Reconyx is looking for a full-time person to process accounts payable, purchase parts and products for resale, and manage inventory. 3-5 years of directly relevant experience is desired.
Responsibilities
* Maintain supplier relationships.
* Compile, enter, and maintain data in QuickBooks and ERP system.
* Verify the accuracy of invoices and other vendor records.
* Process vendor invoices and item receipts in QuickBooks.
* Reconcile monthly inventories to physical counts.
* Coordinate with all departments to monitor inventory to ensure accuracy.
* Verify receipt of goods and ensure acceptance criteria are met for all parts.
* Coordinate with all departments to properly record daily movement of inventory.
* Generate documents and reports as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
* Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills.
* Ability to analyze complex transactions required.
* Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
* Able to work independently and in a team environment.
* Perform work in a reliable manner that is both accurate and timely.
* Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Office and Intuit QuickBooks.
* Good written and verbal communication skills required
* Must be well organized, detail oriented, and accurate.
Education and Experience Requirements
* Associates or Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
* Three or more years of experience in purchasing and/or inventory control.
Work Environment
General office environment, with normal M-F hours.
