Our client is seeking an Associate Creative Director. The Associate Creative Director will play a key leadership role in the transformation of our client's portfolio of brands. This individual will collaborate on and implement design concepts for marketing initiatives across our client's digital assets, encompassing emails, websites, digital advertising, and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of innovative and compelling creative solutions within The Creative Group, across business units, and with internal and external resources.
- Lead the ideation and development of creative projects to ensure they are on-time, on-budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and art directors, fostering their growth and maintaining a cohesive and collaborative environment.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure business objectives are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into creative strategies and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience, including 3+ years as an Art Director managing a team.
- Experience in art directing photography for still life, beauty, or similar types of shoots.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a keen eye for aesthetic design and visual composition.
- Previous experience in luxury, fashion, or beauty industries preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate concepts and rationales effectively.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and maintaining high standards of design quality and consistency.
