**Position Location:** Newton, KS Full Time**Bunting located in Newton, KS,** is a leading manufacturer of magnetic conveying and separation equipment serving a wide variety of industries. We have an immediate opening for a **Sales Manager Americas**. The Sales Manager Americas is responsible for planning, executing and overseeing all aspects of daily sales activities. **This position is not eligible for relocation.** **Major Responsibilities:**
* **Responsible for management and oversight of sales personnel.**
+ Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
+ Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
+ Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision makers at customer accounts to grow customer loyalty.
+ Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
+ Contribute to the annual sales forecasts and sales strategies
* **Responsible for managing all the sales efforts of the sales department.**
+ Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel.
+ Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
+ Frequently travel with sales representatives to key accounts and attend industry events and trade shows
+ Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to assist with forecasting, targeting and planning.
+ Develop annual sales forecasts by product line, customer and prospect accounts.
+ Identify opportunities and build sales with new customers while growing the base of business with existing customers.
* **Use a variety of soft skills and industry knowledge to manage duties effectively**.
+ Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
+ Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
+ Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
+ Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
+ Ability to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
+ Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
+ Understanding of how to position products against competitors.
+ Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales representatives.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with sales supervisor experience.
* Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales plans.
* Consistent sales success in exceeding quotes and sales goals.
* In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
* High computer literacy and familiarity with sales and CRM platforms.

**Physical Requirements:**
