Remote Position Customer Care Team Full time **Job Summary:**

Customer service in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or answering any questions. This will include answer phone calls, responding to emails and communicating any prevalent issues to the Operations Director. Must be passionate and Tech savvy when speaking about the company.

**Responsibilities**

* Answer phone calls from customers

* Respond to emails

* Communicate any changes with Operations

* Make changes to orders if needed

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education and Experience:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

One year of relatable experience if possible.

**Physical Requirements:**

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Work from home with no distractions.
