This first launch in Myasthenia Gravis will create a significant opportunity to develop multiple core marketing competencies. The Product Director, Consumer & HCP marketing will lead the lead the creation of critical HCP and consumer strategies for the launch of Nipocalimab s first indication, gMG (generalized Myasthenia Gravis). This person will lead the development of the HCP and consumer promotional messages, core promotional launch materials (iVis, websites, print materials) and the integrated campaign. During the first 6 months the role will focus heavily on HCP marketing as the brand is preparing for launch and has a temporary vacancy on the team. Afterwards the role will shift to a greater consumer focus and be responsible for all aspects of consumer launch readiness, including core materials, websites, and media strategy.Key Responsibilities:Developing the launch HCP and patient promotional messages and validating insights through market researchDeveloping the foundational launch HCP and consumer marketing tactics (iVis, brand website) and working closely with cross functional partners (IT, Sales Training) to ensure appropriate build and rolloutDeveloping an integrated patient and HCP campaign - Leading consumer omnichannel strategy (including website, search, digital and social)Managing the agency of record and other specialty agencies to drive close collaboration and integration of strategies and tacticsQualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree is strongly preferred.A minimum of 7 years of business experience with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is required.Strong background in consumer or HCP marketing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer journeysPrevious experience developing promotional pieces and working closely with CAC teamsExperience translating customer insights into marketing tactics..A demonstrated ability to partner and work with multiple agencies/vendors, manage budgets and projects, work cross-functionally, and with cross-company teams of high-level managers and executives is required.An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and drive decision making is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.Ability to think creatively and innovatively, to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and effectivelyJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
