THE ROLE - Operations Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, friendly person who is ready to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities of the Operations Administrative Assistant include providing support to our entire operations team as well as other team members. These tasks include but are not limited to providing backup coverage to our receptionist; assist in travel arrangements for all departments & regions; run / update internal reports and distribute to departments as needed; create / update internal proprietary documentation using Word &/or Excel; process / prepare UPS shipping packages; scan / file / mail documentation as needed; assist in general upkeep of the office environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience in PowerPoint and Adobe are a plus. Must have the ability to use various office equipment.

If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our Operations Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

* High School diploma or GED

* 1+ year of office experience

* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products; including Outlook, Word and Excel

* Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

* Strong active listening and verbal communication skills

* Ability to multi-task

* Team oriented focus

* Willing to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
