* Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).
* Cross-train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.
* Provide overnight / night hands-on support for the department.
* Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
* Provide recommendations on process improvement and assist with implementation.
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree **preferred.**
* 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation **preferred.**
* Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience **preferred.**
* Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office **preferred.**
* Review receiving orders, coding requisitions and bill of lading production.
* Assign batched orders for transfer.
* Update receiving bills of lading.
* Generate and log transfer purchase orders.
* Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts.
* Identify and keep records of transferred products.
* Enter data into AS400 and update reports.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Order entry and administrative experience **a must.**
* Warehouse experience **a plus.**
* Microsoft Office experience preferred.
* 10-key and basic typing skills **a must.**
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Master Uline's inbound and outbound overnight / night warehouse manager operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.
* Participate in hands-on UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC and Maintenance department training.
* Develop overnight / night Warehouse Manager / Management skills by leading and motivating others.
* Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout overnight / night warehouse job rotations.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced overnight / night warehouse manager environment.
* High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
