Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Work with the recruiting manager and team members in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring both internal and external employees
- Own a full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, resume reviewing, and hiring
- Assist new hires with all aspects of the onboarding process
- Create a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in the workforce
- Maintain professional, productive relationships with clients
- Use critical thinking skills to navigate any staffing situations
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and prompts from clients and candidates
- Provide support to the team through assigned projects and daily activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- Experience in the recruitment field preferred
- Experience with recruiter tools preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Expert in client management and time management
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
