Construction Masters of Houston, Inc is a privately owned, mid-size general contracting firm based in Pearland, Texas. Since 1987 we have constructed commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Houston Area. Projects range from new construction, additions & renovations, remediations and Job Order Contracts (JOC). Our core values are honesty, integrity, and accountability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise commercial construction projects
Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
Forecast and control project schedule
Manage subcontractors and vendors and construction site organization
Conduct safety meetings and inspections
Execute daily field reports and communicate with customers
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress with clients and project managers

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in the commercial construction area
HS graduate required; College Degree Preferred
Proficient with project plans and specifications
Able to utilize MS Office
Valid driver's license
Capable to lift, carry, push/ pull construction materials
Strong project management and communications skills
Ability to work within a team
Ability to read construction documents
Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
