Job Details

Procession Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and selection of IT and cyber security candidates for our clients. You will be able to make an impact by leveraging data and providing insights into the talent market, which enables our clients to make better-informed hiring decisions.


Senior Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment, including writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, and conducting reference checks
  • Leverage technology and data, including social media, job boards, and internal applicant tracking system (ATS), to identify candidates
  • Create and execute recruiting plans and marketing strategies to help accomplish team goals
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines and networks
  • Attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss open positions and strategic approach
  • Provide recommendations and insights to team and customers regarding best practices


Senior Technical Recruiter Qualifications:


  • 3-5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably with prior experience in the federal or government contracting space
  • Prior ATS experience preferred
  • Ability to meet and exceed minimum weekly and monthly activity and performance goals
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed


Technical Recruiter Compensation:


  • $50,000-$70,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus uncapped commission
