Role Overview:
As the Agency Solutions Manager, you'll be a strategic driver, focusing on building and managing key relationships with top agency holding groups. You'll be an expert in our platform and products, guiding agencies in media planning, strategy, optimization, and measurement.

- Pay: $75-80/hour depending on experience
- Contract Duration: May 20, 2024 - Nov 19, 2024
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement marketing solutions with Agency Partners to achieve measurable business results
- Serve as an external product consultant, educating Agency Partners on product solutions and best practices
- Develop and manage education initiatives across agency groups, tracking progress
- Define strategies with Agency Partners for product adoption and overall sophistication, leveraging deep knowledge of clients' business drivers and our platform
- Support business growth strategy through education, data analysis, and execution in agencies
- Act as a platform and product expert for top agency holding groups
- Drive accountability by setting product adoption KPIs, tracking performance, and taking corrective actions
- Monitor campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are implemented
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
- Experience working in a media agency and/or in performance marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience as a user of our platform and knowledge of our ad products preferred
- Ability to conduct scaled and 1:1 trainings with media planners
- Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing C-level executives
