Work at a Glance: Business Intelligence Suite Administrator
  • Administer all aspects of our Tableau Cloud and Server environments, including creating and managing the site's users and groups, creating projects to organize content on the site, assigning permissions to allow users (groups) to access the content, managing license usage, and completing our migration to Tableau Cloud.
  • Provide training and support to Tableau users, helping them publish dashboards and data sources, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Administer all aspects of our Alteryx Server environments (development and production), including creating and managing the Gallery s users, assigning permissions to allow users to access the content, overseeing license usage, API publishing/updating abilities, and establishing regular backups and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide training and support to Alteryx users, helping them with workflow development and troubleshooting.
  • Administer our WhereScape RED application by conducting regular system upgrades and optimizing ETL/ELT jobs.
  • Plan, design, and implement data migration solutions between systems and databases.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with data warehousing, relational databases, and query authoring (SQL).

Position Requirements
Required Minimum Qualifications: A College level degree, certification(s) and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
At least five years professional experience in designing, developing, and being actively engaged on business intelligence projects, including data warehousing, data migration, data modeling, dashboard creation, and deploying location analytics. Knowledgeable about various Tableau desktop features like advanced calculations, parameters, joins, blending, stories, dashboards, and row-level security. Experience working with data warehousing techniques and technologies.
Technology: Including, but not limited to, Tableau Cloud, Tableau Desktop, Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, Alteryx Gallery WhereScape RED, Power BI, AWS Insight, Transact-SQL, SQL Server, location data and analytics.

IT&S Purpose
Information Technology and Services (IT&S) is responsible for planning, design, implementation, and support of NeighborWorks enterprise-wide business applications and management of information technology resources and services. IT&S provides business applications and supporting services to identify, gather, and efficiently organize information required to support the activities of NeighborWorks America and its affiliated NeighborWorks Organizations.
