Customer Account Representatives - ideal candidate will be seeking an entry-level position in the general field of customer service, customer accounts, and/or automotive finance.
Worksite Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005 *100% ONSITE
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Work Schedule: 40 hours; Must be flexible and available Monday-Saturday; 8am-8pm
Wage: $21.00/hr DOE
Must have a completed Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Job Duties
Manage a large volume of inbound/outbound calls
Process payments and payoffs
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Adhere to appropriate compliance policies and procedures
Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)

Must have a completed Bachelors Degree or higher
Must have at least 2+ years of relevant experience
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
