We serve a majority of our clients in Montgomery and Frederick Counties and in a few other counties that are sprinkled in for fun.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Attorney at Fait & DiLima, LLP. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and performing research, as well as negotiating and litigating on behalf of clients in family law cases.
Qualifications
- Sense of Humor
- Strong knowledge of Family Law and Legal Research
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to provide effective legal advice
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Maryland
