Location: Bentonville, AR


Overview:

A private estate with multiple guest homes in the Bentonville, AR area is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Housekeeper. This position requires excellent communication abilities, proficient use of technology, exceptional time management skills, and prior experience in providing housekeeping services for large homes. The ideal candidate must possess the physical capability to perform demanding duties including climbing stairs, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working a flexible schedule. This comprehensive housekeeper role requires an exceptional individual with both extensive experience in high-end residential cleaning and impeccable service standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment requiring discretion, urgency and a positive, diligent approach.


Responsibilities:

  • clean all assigned residences (4 homes) including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas through tasks such as washing windows, polishing furniture, scrubbing showers/tubs, laundering linens/clothing, ironing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning appliances and fixtures.
  • proper stocking of supplies like ice, wood, paper products and monitor expiration dates.
  • room inspections and report any maintenance needs to facilities team.
  • functionality of amenities like hot water, TV, speakers, and temperature controls prior to resident arrival.
  • sort, remove and dispose of trash and recycling daily.
  • pre-arrival and post-departure checklists for guest stays.
  • thorough home inspections alongside house managers.
  • with quarterly inventories of housewares and flatware.
  • highest levels of cleanliness and presentation standards.


Qualifications:

  • years of housekeeping experience in private homes or luxury hospitality settings
  • skills in communication, time management and proficient technology use
  • to pass comprehensive background checks and drug testing
  • discretion in handling confidential information
