About us:
CSI was one of the first outpatient community mental health clinics to offer home-based therapy to families facing barriers to mental health care. CSI s community outreach model started after long-term psychiatric hospitals were shut down in the 60 s-70 s and replaced with outpatient mental health services. For nearly four decades CSI has remained dedicated to social justice and delivering therapy in accessible ways regardless of a person s circumstance
Job Purpose
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resource and Finance teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Tasks
- Annual Finance Audit.
- Payroll Support.
- Human Resource Support.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Responding to emails and other correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Employee Verification
- Data entry
- Vendor relations
- Accounts Payable Support
- Work with Finance and HR to create SOP.
- Communicating with all levels of employees
- As well as other tasks that may be presented within the Intern s abilities.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business administration, office administration, finance, Human Resource, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Using a computer application to create, manipulate, edit, and show virtual slide presentations.
Using scroll bars, a mouse, and dialog boxes to work within the computer's operating system. Being able to access and switch between applications and files of interest.
Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; and create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs.
Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents
Knowledge
Required: Clerical, English Language, Computers, and Electronics
