Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Support Desk Specialist who will be the first level support for all end-users via telephone, email or chat. This is a hybrid role located in Town & Country, MO.


Duties:

  • Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice and data communication systems issues
  • Escalate calls when appropriate
  • Write concise, informative service tickets
  • Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner and pursues issues through to resolution


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Customer service skills and personable
  • Must possess broad knowledge and proficiency with popular operating systems, application software, desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks
  • Requires experience using ticketing systems and writing technical support reports and documentation
