House of Quirky is looking for a North America Sales Manager to join our LA based team!


The North America Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the US team and sales agents to achieve company revenue goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. You will play a pivotal role in setting and achieving strategic goals, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage and mentor US team.
  • Market feedback and competitor analysis of the region.
  • Manage communications with local sales agents.
  • General pre range prep for all agents/ customers. Ensuring all brand elements re organised.
  • Support in range showings, managing accounts across all categories where needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and grow current US customer client list.
  • Customer service.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting regularly to HOQ head office.
  • Track all invoiced sales for brand to budget monthly and review cancelled sales orders report.
  • Chase up all outstanding orders and style and manage the orders to get them processed.
  • Stock management ensuring no aged stock for more than 120 days. Any customer cancellation must apply with cancellation fee.
  • Management of all stock 3 month+ to be on sold to clearance customers, and sold at a price approved by management.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Provide clear communication to head office on US sales.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and market changes, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote the company s products.
  • Forecast sales projections and assist in creating annual sales budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Create and maintain sales policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring a positive working environment for the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, achieving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
