My client specializes in innovative power systems within a number of different industries and is looking for a Sales Manager to assist the inside sales team and manage a number of accounts while still being motivated to conduct business development to win new clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in existing markets
- Account management and drive to increase inside sales
- Utilize organizational tools to strengthen customer relationships
- Product cost calculations
- Generation of leads to win new business
- Use Technical knowledge to understand customer needs and requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Military Education
- 3+ years' of sales, business development or account management experience
- Technical/engineering background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 10% throughout the year)

- Detail oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering Degree
- Aerospace engineering, Military & Defense or Electrical Power Generation sales experience
- Military background
