Applicants must have experience in financial services management, the management of employees, customer relations, lending (consumer and real estate) and community involvement. * Minimum 3 years of Retail Banking or financial services experience with heavy emphasis on consumer and business development required as well as supervisory experience.
* Bachelor's degree in business-related major or equivalent of 2 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in financial services
* Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
* Must have proven success meeting established sales and referral goals for banking products and services
