Job Title: Brand Communications Specialist (Nashville, TN - Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Brand Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Content and Communications team, you will play a significant role in crafting and sharing the Company story with a diverse audience. You will develop compelling communication materials across various channels, fostering a strong brand identity for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, edit, and project-manage impactful communications that support the company's brand narrative.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across departments like Development/M&A, Marketing, and HR to create and refine communication materials.
- Proactively seek out and identify stories and themes within the company that exemplify the organization's culture and values.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency by meticulously proofreading all communication materials, adhering to the brand style guide and messaging guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, content strategy, or a relevant field.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences and platforms (print, digital, social media, email, reports, video).
- Expertise in AP Style for accurate and consistent writing.
- Solid understanding of brand communication principles and how communication tactics contribute to an overall brand strategy.
- Experience working with a brand style guide and adapting tone and voice for different audiences.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Self-motivated and deadline-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with medical terminology, medical conditions, and service lines.
- Experience in content marketing and SEO is a plus.
- Background in social media management and content creation for various platforms.
