Preferred Qualifications And Skills


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop short and long-term goals and for the restaurant
  • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
  • Building a culture of genuine hospitality


Qualifications:


  • Supervisory and management experience is required and culinary qualifications are essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment Michelin or James Beard recognition is a plus.
  • Second language preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.
  • Candidates must like to work hard and have fun while creating memorable experiences
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
