Management and leadership skills to coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Represent the brand with delivering superior service and hot, fresh product
Maximize customer satisfaction by responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Organize and supervise shifts
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation; clean restaurant
Control operational costs

Lead by example and uplift/motivate staff during moments in our face-paced environment
