**The Responsibilities** : * Able to read, write and speak verbally in English.
* Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
* Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions.
* Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel and general public.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
