********What you will be doing********

***PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:***

* Responsible Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls

* Maintaining a solid customer relationship by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

* Handle all functions related to the day to day operations of the Specialty Active Monitoring Team, including all milestones for all DtP and CGT shipments and escalating issues/deviations

* Providing Excellent Customer Service to internal and external clients.

* Following company's policies and procedures

* Assist in the coaching and training of new employees
