• A director level position is the highest level of leadership in our restaurant reserved for passionate, service minded individuals that seek a future as a Chick-fil-A franchisee, corporate staff or business career outside of Chick-fil-A. Benefits include: Starting pay of $30 an hour with full starting compensation package of around $90,000 a year (at 45-50 hours a week) with no cap on pay increases. Compensation includes $6,000 a year towards health insurance, $3,000+ a year in food benefits, paid vacation of around 2 weeks a year (based on hours worked), $600 a year towards a cell phone plan, $600 a year towards a gym membership and $200 for professional uniforms.
• Learn every aspect of running a multi-million dollar business including the areas of finance, marketing, accounting, operations, recruiting, and leadership development.
• Work alongside the Owner/Operator, Daniel Mitchell, to develop yourself personally and professionally through leadership books and classes, personal development plans, and internal Chick-fil-A leadership resources.
