Role Overview: We re seeking a driven and proactive outside sales representative to join a trailblazing team. This role is pivotal in expanding influence and product sales across Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, and the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

What You ll Do:

Become the face of the organization in the Midwest, embodying our core values of honesty and integrity.
Engage closely with both industrial supply houses and construction companies, establishing and nurturing robust partnerships.
Drive product demonstrations, training, and sales initiatives that translate into tangible sales growth.
Travel within your territory to inspire and collaborate with current and potential customers.

Who You Are:

A seasoned professional with 5+ years in technical sales in building envelope adhesives, below grade waterproofing, or similar products preferably with a construction sales background.
A competitive collaborator who thrives on solution-based sales and has a knack for problem-solving.
Eager to start early at job sites, demonstrating products and securing business opportunities.
Excellent communicator, proactive, organized, and tenacious.
Driven and humble salesperson

Why Join:

Competitive salary plus commission with an anticipated first-year range of $80,000 - $110,000.
