We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, with a particular focus on defining product requirements, conducting competitive analysis, and creating UI mock-ups/workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and success of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate business needs and customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Define clear and achievable product goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key competitors and market trends.
- Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify areas of differentiation and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing UI mock-ups and workflows for web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with design and development teams to ensure that mock-ups accurately represent product functionality and user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and roadmap.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure project success.
- Provide leadership and guidance throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing efforts.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, and iterate on product features and enhancements as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external customers as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical product management, with a focus on product requirements, competitive analysis, and UI mock-ups/workflows.
- Experience working on SAAS/PAAS products, preferably with a mobile app interface.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile experience preferred.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
