Executive Chef

  • Award winning Vermont Inn - Manchester Vermont
  • Small kitchen with upscale farm to table cuisine
  • Restaurant open 5 nights over peak season and 4 nights the rest of the year
  • 4.5 day a week job
  • Focus will be dinner, but will also oversee breakfast and lunch when needed
  • Salary 80,000 per year

REQUIRMENTS
  • Culinary Degree preferred
  • Sous Chef or higher in fine dining restaurant and/or hotel
  • Great references and track record
  • Farm to table focused
