Small kitchen with upscale farm to table cuisine
Restaurant open 5 nights over peak season and 4 nights the rest of the year
4.5 day a week job
Focus will be dinner, but will also oversee breakfast and lunch when needed
Salary 80,000 per year

REQUIRMENTS
Culinary Degree preferred
Sous Chef or higher in fine dining restaurant and/or hotel
Great references and track record
