Comfort Consultant
Expert Heating and Cooling is looking to add an energetic and positive Comfort Consultant that can problem solve in a fast-paced environment located in Taylor, Michigan. The Comfort Consultant understands that safety is the priority for both the customer and employee. The ideal candidate will be able to cover both the Taylor and Ann Arbor MI territories.
Responsibilities:
- Run leads that are generated.
- Perform In home sales presentations by establishing rapport to sell the right products and services while instilling confidence in the customer.
- Create accurate sales proposals.
- Engage in routine follow up for both sold and unsold estimates.
- Participate in daily debriefings with internal team and actively participate in residential sales team meetings.
- Perform occasional early AM estimates and late estimates.
- Actively participate in training opportunities such as in house, field, and with various manufacturers.
- Take interest in refining structured sales process and digital presentation.
- Actively engage in building the referral network.
Requirements:
- 3 years of minimum of success in a former sales role. Ideal applicant has former HVAC sales experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with follow-through abilities.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with a goal-driven attitude. Desire to work in fast paced environment.
- Former experience with ServiceTitan and sales applications. This individual will be expected to be IT competent with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office.
- Ability to participate in on call rotation of weekend and holiday shifts.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits:
Expectations for a commission-based Comfort Consultant is an annual salary of $75,000.00-$125,000.00. This is a base salary plus commission position. Please note that 30/60/90 reviews include salary review. In addition, there are in-house and manufacturer-based bonuses that can be earned after 90 days of employment. Company cell phone, vehicle, and gas cards are available. Expert Heating and Cooling provides health insurance, vacation, PTO, and 401k.
